Board opportunities

We’re strengthening our Board through a planned programme of succession and renewal. We’re looking for people who share our commitment to residents, communities and long-term stewardship and who can bring fresh perspectives, specialist expertise and constructive challenge to Board discussions.

We’re currently recruiting for three Board Member roles. While all Board Members share collective responsibility for Peabody’s success and governance, each role brings expertise that will strengthen the Board in a key strategic area.

Regulation and Consumer Standards
We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of regulation, governance, customer outcomes and assurance. You’ll help the Board oversee service quality, compliance and resident experience, ensuring we continue to meet the expectations of residents, stakeholders and the Regulator.

Customer Experience, Digital and Data
You’ll be an experienced leader who understands how customer insight, digital transformation and the effective use of data can improve services and outcomes. You’ll bring expertise in customer experience, digital change, service improvement and analytics. This will help the Board oversee innovation, performance and transformation across the organisation.

Property Management, Maintenance and Investment
We’re seeking a senior leader with significant experience in property management, asset investment and maintaining homes at scale. You’ll bring strategic oversight of asset performance, building safety, compliance, major investment programmes and long-term asset stewardship, helping ensure residents’ homes remain safe, well-maintained and fit for the future.

Together, these appointments will help ensure our Board continues to reflect the breadth of skills, experience and perspectives needed to support residents, improve services and deliver our long-term strategy.
