Board opportunities

As Peabody continues to deliver its strategy, we’re strengthening our Board through a planned programme of succession and renewal. We’re looking for people who share our commitment to residents, communities and long-term stewardship and who can bring fresh perspectives, insight and constructive challenge to Board discussions.

Our first opportunity is for a Board Member with expertise in regulation and consumer standards. In an increasingly complex and highly regulated environment, we’re looking for someone who can help the Board maintain strong oversight of customer outcomes, service quality, governance and assurance. As a Board Member, you’ll help shape decisions that support residents while contributing to Peabody’s long-term success.

Looking ahead, we’ll soon be recruiting Board Members with expertise in digital, data and customer experience and asset management and investment. These appointments will help ensure the Board continues to reflect the skills, experience and perspectives needed to meet future challenges.
