Our committees
Our committees support the Board by providing extra oversight across important areas of our work. Each committee focuses on a different area and helps make sure we’re well run and making good decisions.
Audit and risk
Oversees internal and external audit and monitors risk across the organisation. The committee reviews financial statements, internal controls and key risk areas, helping make sure we manage risk responsibly and meet legal and regulatory requirements.
